Yes. They are made by real Mexicans from family recipes, with the same ingredients and slow-cooking we use in our Wellington kitchen.
They have warmth and depth from guajillo and pasilla chillies, but they are not fiery. Add your own hot sauce if you want more heat.
Three loaded tacos with 100g of beef each, plus the rich consommé to dip and our salsas.
Yes. Everything is fully cooked. Once thawed you just heat the tacos and broth and they are ready to eat.
Thaw in the fridge, then heat the tacos until crisp and warm the consommé until piping hot. Dip and enjoy.
