1. Defrost in refrigerator overnight, or place sealed containers in cold water for faster thawing.
2. Once thawed, reheat beef in a pan with consomé until steaming hot (internal temperature ≥75°C).
3. Use for tacos, quesadillas, or other birria dishes.
Do not refreeze once thawed. Consume within 24 hours of thawing.
