How to cook
- TOSS: 1 to 1.5kg chuck beef, 1 jar of Birria Cooking Salsa and 900ml of water.
- COOK: Slow cooker on high for 5 hours, or stovetop on low for 5 hours with the lid on, until tender.
- ENJOY: Homemade tacos, ramen noodles, burritos and more.
Our salsa is not spicy. Adjust the spice level to your liking by adding red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce. Taste as you go and make it your own.

Pulse together: 1 spring onion, a handful of coriander, 4 cloves garlic, 1 jalapeño (pickled for less spice), 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1 can of diced tomato and a squeeze of lemon.
